Webcam Streaming

Hi All

Trying to find a solution for an issue we’re having. We need to add a live webcam stream to our website but we can’t embed the stream from YouTube as the embed requires more hours then we have and Facebook is messing with our stream so that also is no an option and being instagram is now owned by facebook we assume same would result from that website/app

So I was wondering is there a plug in that we can control the location of for wordpress that will let us stream live from our group leaders webcam when he wants to go live.

If so what plug in will let us do this to stream video on our website through wordpress and a plug in of some sort?
