This is really an HTML problem, not a WordPress problem. You just put whatever HTML you would put into a page into your WP template.

When you say template, which file are you referring to? Do I need to put something in the header.php file and then the HTML code in the style.css? If so, what do I put in the header file?

I would pay for a webcam output to flash, post the hotlink code to allow people to use that video on their sites.

you can use a new feature provided by this new website called bloggersnap

you can create a new login in bloggersnap.com and create a source code like

<iframe src=”https://www.bloggersnap.com/displaysnap.php?u=p6sSo7gB&#8221; width=”170″ height=”160″ frameborder=”0″ scrolling=”no”></iframe>

which you can add to the wordpress header. for those who are using the free wordpress.com just get the src part that is https://www.bloggersnap.com/displaysnap.php?u=p6sSo7gB and add it to the a page in your blog or to the links in the side bar in wordpress
