Webp Images and Cloudflare use with A2Hosting

    Hello,

    As I was unable to located a web address to send my support issue to the 10web Photo Gallery Team, and as I am unsure if this request will get to the proper support team, I had no other option. Fingers Crossed.

    As noted in the requested link, I have 2 issues related to your product, which by the way and having only used for a couple of days, find it excellent!!! Only complaint is I could not find an easy method to move images around in a gallery for my preferred displayed order – but this is an issue for another day, unless you can point me to How To Do?

    Get back to my 2 issues, that related to my website host provider A2.

    1 is the support for WebP images. As noted in the response from A2, they indicate that they currently do support the image type. Therefore, my question why does it not work for me as indicated in the page image?

    2. Currently A2 has my website linked to Cloudflare. So, why is your product Web10 Photo Gallery not finding this link ?

    I have also installed your plugin 10web photo Optimizer, which seems to indicate that I can optimize 50k images. But, I do not want to execute this until you have confirmed that as part of the optimizing process the WebP images will be generated. Please indicate as such or what else I need to do.

    Hi @editorcorvette,

    Thank you for posting your questions in our forum.
    Regarding the images order in the gallery, you can either use the drag and drop sorting feature or set it to numeric and set your preferred order number for each image.
    I have shown both options in this short screen recording.

    As for the other 3 issues/questions mentioned;
    The Photo Gallery itself does not have any webP conversation feature.
    From the screenshot you have provided I noticed that you are using our 10Web booster plugin with it’s built-in Image optimizer. which explains both the webP and the Cloudflare issues you mentioned.
    Kindly open a topic in our booster plugin forum and our team will make sure to address those ASAP.
