    when I am opening a web story for edit or make a new story I am getting only “please wait” screen.

  • @sunil2900 Unfortunately I’m getting a 404 when I try to access your screenshot link.

    As Adam noted, it seems likely that these issues are related to your hosting provider and the best next step would be to get in touch with them and share the errors that you’re getting so that they can assist.

    finally plugin is working in Mozilla firefox browser but still it is not working in chrome browser. you can close this thread.

    Really pleased to hear you can now use the plugin. I would advise still talking with your hosting provider about the issues you have been facing. If you do experience any further issue with Web Stories then please feel free to open a new topic and we will be more than happy to assist you.
