Web Story is invalid & Images from Media are not Loading

    Hello.

    I have the following 2 issues:

    1. When I run my web-story through the validator tool I get the following error

    “The mandatory text inside tag ‘script amp-onerror’ is missing or incorrect.”

    2. The images from the media are not loading always. Sometimes the first 15-20 are loading and the other are not, sometimes all the images are not loading (you can see only a blur). I have clean the cache and history from Chrome and the other elements that were also not loading (templates, text etc) are now ok but it didn’t fix the image issue.

  • Hello @bgiannak thanks for getting in touch. This looks like it is being caused by the CDN you have set up. The CDN looks to be rewriting some URLs which is causing AMP invalidation. It looks like the CDN is hosted by Templ.io who I presume is your hosting provider.

    I would recommend discussing this with your host who should be able to help you with this. If after your discussion with them you have follow on questions or are still having issues with your Web Stories then please let us know and we can look into this further for you.

    I am facing the same issue,

    When i am creating a webstory and try to upload any image, its shows for a sec and then its shown as broken image. Also images from my media are not loading at all.

    While creating story it shows as broken but once i try to preview it, then all images are showing fine.

    I need support to resolve this issue, as i cannot create stories as images are shown broken inside stories plugin
