I have been using Web Stories for over a year. My first few stories displayed my analytics in Google Search Console and Google Analytics (which is now GA4 Analytics). For the past 6 months I have not been able to see any analytics for my Web Stories. I want to check to see if there is an issue that I may be looking over to get the accurate data to display in Discover.

    Hi there,

If your question is about the performance report for Discover in Search Console, please consult https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9216516?hl=en. Consult the Search Central Help Community for further help with Search Console and Discover.

If your question is about data not showing in GA4, please double check that you have configured a measurement ID in the Web Stories plugin or in Site Kit if you use that. You can also share your Web Stories URL here if you want us to take a look from the outside.

I have tried to find a resolution for the issues I have been having with the performance report for Discover in the Google Search Console. I have tried so hard to the point where my head hurts. I am not sure if I am looking at all the right pieces of information at this point. According to the settings in my Web Stories plugin, there is a measurement ID input and Site Kit is connecting to my website and stories. In addition, the data I am trying to see for Web Stories in Google Search Console Discover is not showing up anymore like it was over a year ago. I was getting clicks and impressions for my Web Stories. Now I am not able to determine I am getting clicks or impressions anymore because there is no data showing up at all. This makes me wonder if working on Web Stories is even worth it anymore. Here is my Web Story URL: https://mindfullywellrooted.com/web-stories/. Is there anyone who knows the backend of blogs and websites who can dig into this further? I am exhausted with trying to get my data to show up anymore.

I see that you are tracking Web Stories with the Google Analytics measurement IDs G-Y9PGYE48Z4 and G-1X1JZTTZM7. One is from Site Kit, one from the Web Stories settings.

Now those are just for Google Analytics, so it’s not related to Discover.

If no data is showing up in the Discover performance report in Search Console, consult the?Search Central Help Community?for further help.
