Web Stories not showing on page and post

    2. What steps did you take to embed the Stories on your page?
    3. Do you see any console errors while in the Stories editor?

    1: Site Health Update
    2: 1st We have created a widget and we are embedding the widget in the page
    2st In the post, we are selecting direct web stories

    @anil750 It doesn’t look like the Site Health Information was submitted correctly. Could you try this once more making sure you copy the Info tab section to clipboard and insert into the Site Health Info question on the form.

    I can also see that you are using the WP Fastest Cache plugin on your site. Could you try temporarily disabling this plugin and checking your site once more to see if this makes any difference to your Stories displaying.

    Our website Health is Good.

    @anil750 Thank you I can now see the Site Health Information. I can see you have quite a few active plugins on your site. A few that stand out and we have seen conflicts with in the past are Jetpack and Rank Math SEO.

    Could you also try temporarily disabling these first and if you still can’t see the Stories on the page then could you try following the steps on our troubleshooting guide.

    Let me know how this goes.

    Hello Adam,

    I am experiencing the same issues. The story is just a blank white page and if I try to embed a story using the editor nothing displays.

    However I do have 3 other wordpress sites with the same wordpress theme, plugins and server (VP3) working properly. No issues whatsoever. Those site use Cloudflare for caching and there does not seem to be any issues. I have turned of the Cloudflare plugin for the site in question but I am still getting a white screen with nothing on it. Those only difference I can think of is the sequence in which I enabled the cloudflare plugin.

    For the working sites, I had the stories plugin installed and activated before I activated the caching plugin. For the URL I’m setting up now, I added cloudflare before I added the stories plugin.

    If I load the story page that is not displaying and view the console it says:

    [HTTP/2 500 Internal Server Error 891ms]

    This page is in Quirks Mode. Page layout may be impacted. For Standards Mode use “<!DOCTYPE html>”.

    I googled ‘quirks’ mode but I’m still unsure of what to do.

    Otherwise, the plugin seems to work great.
