Thanks for reaching out. Can you share your story URL and which of the messages you see below when accessing your story settings? Providing you’ve allowed Site Kit to insert your Analytics tracking code it should already be placed.

If you don’t see ay traffic for your story within analytics.google.com please navigate to “Behavior > Events“. The title of the story is indicated in the “Event Category” column.

Thanks for the update, the same Analytics tracking should fire each time. I wonder if you have logged in users counted for traffic, if so this may be resulting in the your statistics not recorded as imagined.

If you’d like to share your plugin settings in the form of your Site Health information I’d be happy to investigate this further. You can use this form to share privately.

Hi, I have shared it. Please check.

Apologies for the late response. I’ve checked your details and nothing stands out from first inspection. Can you create a new story and we can check your traffic on this story alone? If you want to share the story URL here I can check from my side and you can then perform additional checks on this story alone, which shouldn’t have much traffic.

Many thanks for sharing – and for going to the trouble of creating a story. On that particular story I don’t see any Analytics tracking code placed.

Can you check your Web Stories settings page and check whether Site Kit is used to insert your analytics tracking snippets, while also confirming you have allowed Site Kit to insert your Analytics snippet?

Hi, This solved my problem, Thanks.

But, Adsense ads are still not showing on the stories.

Glad to hear Analytics is now working.

In relation to ads I can see the correct code snippet placed on your site. I suspect it’s a matter of waiting for ads to appear providing your account and site are in good standing at AdSense level. Note that there may be additional checks you can perform with the product experts at the AdSense Help Center to ensure everything is in order.
