  • Hi @webjive Thanks for opening a support topic and for your troubleshooting findings which are helpful. I don’t have access to the Pro version of the plugin but when testing on the free version I am unable to recreate this.

This could be due to a particular setting in the folders plugin so would you be able to check your settings by switching each on/off where possible to see if this makes any difference?

Could you also provide the following information:

    1. Your Site Health Information which you can share privately using this form.
    2. Do you see any console errors when viewing your story?
    3. Do you get the same image issues when viewing from an Incognito browsing window?

    Thanks a lot.

The developer of Folders Pro is looking into this on the site directly. I’ll update this post as soon as they get back with me on what they find.

    Thanks!

@webjive That would be great, thanks a lot!

Looks like its a bug in Folder Pro. From their team.

    Hey again Eric,

We were able to see the issue and we'll need time to work on solving this bug.

It will be included in one of our next releases - we'll make sure to give you a heads-up as soon as it's available!

Please let me know your thoughts!

@webjive Thank you for the update that’s good to know. With this in mind I will close this topic unless you have anything else you’d like to ask about the Web Stories plugin?

Hope you get the resolution as quickly as possible.
