If I would like to go to admin page I will get following error

    Hello @jmindl,

The issue you are reporting only occurs if you have not installed the plugin as should, maybe, you have both versions of the plugin installed on your website.

The upgrade process preserves the forms created with the free version of the plugin because does not affect the database.

Please, follow the instructions in the following link:

    Best regards.

I used this alternative method from the email

    Alternative Installation Method:

1- Overwrite (or copy if not previously installed) the plugin files into the WP plugins folder through a FTP connection. This is also a sage process, the plugin’s data and settings won’t be lost during the process.

Because If I tried to upgrade it it says the plugin is already there. Can you please help me with the situation, because my page is now due to the fact completely down
