    Hello,

    I’ve noticed that the plugin only send in-page notifications, i.e the subscriber will see the notification only when he is on my website, but will not get any notifiacations when he is away from my website? is that true or I’m missing something?

    Same question. On mobile according to the product description, a notification should appear even if the visitor is not on the site. Can you give us more information? Thank you in advance

    Hi there,

    Web push technology enables sending of push notifications even when the person is not on the website. The easiest way to check is to 1- Turn on Welcome Push Notifications. 2- Unsubscribe from push. 3- Clear your browsing history, 4- Subscribe to push and see if you receive a push notification.

    You can also tag yourself as a test user from our Dashboard and try sending yourself push notifications.
