Web pages not loading any images

    Hi, AWS for WordPress plugin is installed, all images though not visible in media library (shows only gray boxes) have url https://cdn.twxxxxx.in/wp-content/uploads/–
    Web pages are loading up but without any images. Its been four hours since CDN is active.
    Is is distribution related issue like additional CNAME?
    How long does it take for images to load properly on web pages?
    Do we need to enter any code to WP theme?
    Please advise.
