WEB page on CD's

  • I want to build web pages that are only installed on CD’s . I volunteer for a genealogy group that has 6 pc’s NOT connected to the internet. So will build the WEB page on my PC then transfer it to CD’s . Is this an over-kill using WordPress ?. So I look for some other programme ??.
