Web icon disapears when using LiteSpeed Cache

    Hi!

    I have a small problem using the Litespeed Cache in WordPress. While I am logged as Admin, I still see my icon in the tab, but as any other user I can not see it, and I just see the typical picture of a planet.

    I have been trying to activate and deactivate options but I don’t find which one is causing this issue.

    Also, when I deactivate the whole plugin, the problem disappears.

    Does anyone know what may be happening, and how to solve it?

    By the way, when I am logged in the WordPress account as administrator, I can see the icon.

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    Thank you very much for your feedback, but I have to say I am lost.

    Is the report number regarding the plugin or the forum? Do I get the report number in this same page, or in the plugin, the plugin page?

    could you please try go to page optm -> JS option -> defer JS , set it to OFF , purge all , then check again ?

    Thank you for creating this thread, @kotlikes you gave me a peace of mind as well. I really wish the plugin could make it in a way so that the favicon would work with the Defer JS as well, because it really helps with the GTMetrix/page speed load.

    It’s a wonderful plugin, nonetheless!

    Hi @qtwrk and the LiteSpeed team. Just want to check if the favicon issue has been resolved already. Hope it could work while Defer JS is enabled because that will be a big help. I don’t want to disable it for just the favicon. Thanks!
