Web hosting problem

    Hello everyone i’ve been struggling with my website for the past three days, i uploaded my website to cpanel and after afew minutes the website went down, at first i thought it was my internet connection but it wasnt, i contacted my host but they are not doing much to help me. I deleted the wp files (whole website) and uploaded again but i was only accessing for 5 minutes it went down again giving a “Time out error” later on i could not access my cpanel and webmail,my question is… is it really a website problem or its a server issue? Please someone help me fix this because i want to transfer the hosting to another company.

    A timeout isn’t something you can fix in WordPress, it’s the server refusing to respond.

    Your hosting provider will need to fix it, and it will help if you can give them dates and times of the errors.

    If they refuse to fix it, it’s time for a better hosting provider.
