    Hello
    we use third party web application for Accountant purpose but after last woocommerce update , web-hooks didn’t work and the orders on third party web-app didn’t get create.
    when we enable web-hooks from woocommerce >> setting >> web-hooks , it got disable after 24 hours .
    what should we do to solve this problem ?

    I understand that your set webhook isn’t working.

    Could you re-activate the webhook and try creating an order to trigger the webhook. Then provide us with the Webhook logs. You can find them here: WooCommerce > Status > Log.

    If there are no logs, first check if there is an issue with your third-party application. Secondly, I would suggest doing a conflict test. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
