Web Dorado Ecommerce Gallery Digital Fie Download

    Hi there,

    I am using Web Dorado Photo Gallery with extension Photo Gallery Ecommerce.
    I have a problem with Download Digital File Link. I am just setting up the website and did some tests, this is the link where the digital file should be ready to download but as soon as I clicked the link it says “error”.

    There is a page called Orders set up with this shortcode [Photo_Gallery_Ecommerce page=orders ]
    but according to the Documentation I need to add an option of the digital file download there….

    I have read absolutelly everything, would appreciate your help.

    Hi,
    as per your request, I have sent a detailed message to the form provided together with the admin access to the site. Just following up on this as I have not heard from you….
    In the meantime I visited the Photo Gallery Demo, admin access as well as the sample of the gallery and I have found out you have the same problem on your DEMO version as well. Once an image in the Ecommerce Gallery is chosen as a Digital file, once put in the cart, proceed to the checkout without online payment option, then the link to the file that is available is not working. Once clicked on the download the FILE, the page indicates an error. This is exactly the issue I have with my ecommerce gallery.

    Your response would be appreciated, it is very urgent as I have already set it up for my client and she cannot use the Download Link, so she is emailing the link instead.
