Web dont go in holidays

  • Are you kiddin me? i’m in a big trouble with my marketplace,i chose others product but Dokan seems the more decent even with some bug.

    Their assistance suddenly stopped to text me sending me the message automatic sayng that office are closed.

    Web dont wait ! I’m working like you and i cannot accept your behavior.

    Unfortunately as i said i will forced to install Dokan cause his competitor are very weak,but thats not the right way guys,trust me.

    Please accept my apology for this entire circumstance. Actually, we always provide support during our office time. As there is a time-zone difference for that reason, you did not get us online but it was not a holiday. Our office timing is 7AM-5PM (GMT+6). The live chat has some automatic message and our staff never goes offline if a customer is chatting with them ??

    i’m waiting for the answers,i hope you are not pretending to repeat again my questions…
    anyway when a customer is talking, the provider should not close suddenly just because the time is over… if you want i’m still waiting your mails.

    Please be more professional,we write from all around the world and different time it’s not a right alibi when the work is based online.

    As I mentioned in my first reply that lives chat pop-ups with a robotic message. However, did you create any ticket to us? If not then create a ticket to us because I did not find your live chat request with the username “artemplace”.

    I opened as Mario, your support is too slow, how can i explain all the features to my developers if you close the office each 5minutes?

    And we will need help during the development?

    Anyway im also looking around for others solutions, i hope to change idea.
