I’m sorry to hear that. I recommend carefully following this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

Let us know if you have any specific questions. Good luck!

Hi! If the guide posted above is too complicated for you, Zephyr Salvo can help. [Link redacted]

If you are looking to take care of this by yourself, then the guide above (and the recommended security measures) are your best bet.

I’d also recommend looking at this article by sucuri.net.

    Best of Luck!

My apologies! It won’t happen again.

I’ve had the same problem on most of my WordPress sites. Complained to Norton, they did a little research, then contacted me yesterday and said that the problem was their code, not mine…and they hope to have it fixed sometime within the next few days. So…we’ll see. In the meantime, maybe try switching to Avast until they get the problem fixed.

Hi, I’ve had the same problem on my sites.

    Did Norton fix this problem?

We’re still working on it. Norton still puts up a warning and we’re asking them to re-evaluate the site. Takes up to 2 weeks!

Thank you for your reply, aismaw.

    I really appreciate it.

This situation is very inconvenient, isn’t it?
