Web API not an option in sendwith

Hello, Im trying to set up my Sendgrid mailer on Mailpoet. In the instructions on mail poets website, it tells me to check “web api” to send by http instead of smtp. I don’t see the option under sendwith in my dashboard. Is there another way to do it? Am using the free version of Sendgrid
