Weaver z-index in IE7

Hi All,

I know that this is a problem in IE7 and I am hoping someone might be able to help me with this please.

If you take a look at this page (https://bit.ly/hYwN0J), the navigation drop downs are appearing above the content and I would like to know if someone can please spot the CSS issue here?
