weather plugin?

I’m wondering two things.

#1 Is there a plugin that is similar to the weather at utah.travel website (top right side of home page)? It is a really good example of what I want to do.

#2. How is the initial weather being brought in in that website? I see it brings in each city of weather somehow behind the scenes. I’d be interested if any has an idea of how to create this, as they are probably using a CMS system of sorts?
