Weak support

I purchased this plugin and installed it. It works fairly well but have had issues with a few things. I have posted these issues in their support section but have not heard a word from them. I have ended up finding some workarounds for some of the issues and ended up having to disable the sliding widgets for mobile devices because it is not responsive. Would have been nice to get a little help.

If you are comfortable tinkering with code then this plugin might work for you. If you are not comfortable and need some guidance then I would look elsewhere.
