Weak

  • Their latest update killed the update feature. Thinks I have duplicate versions open. A warning to those in the US – their customer service is in Europe and takes 12 hours or more to respond. They have me trying to make basic tweaks to plugins and the cache, when nothing has changed but their update. Really wish I had gone with another editor but I really wanted the template. Now I’m stuck with a janky system that can’t update my small site.
