    Hello,

when enabeling the troubleshoot mode I get the following error message:

We were unable to copy the plugin file required to enable the Troubleshooting Mode.

I’m running my PHP as Apache-Module. Everything else (uploading media, installing plugins, etc.) is working fine. So I don’t see a rights issue at first.

    Robert

    Hiya Robert,

If you click on the Debug Information tab, does it mention anything about any directories not being writable?

Hi, I’ve got the same issue.
The problem with ” click on the Debug Information tab”, Marius, is that there are no tabs. Troubleshoot does not open a page, only this error message appears at the top of the plugins page…
Which directory needs to be writable for this to work?

    OK, found the problem myself.
The ‘mu-plugins’ folder did not have the right owner, was set to ‘root’ (happens when you use WinSCP to upload folders/files).

    So, no worries, guys ??
