    Received the following error when trying to connect to the MailChimp API. Tried two separate APIs and both received the same error. Also made sure we had an existing list to connect to.

    I have a screen shot but I can not seem to upload images to this forum.

    On the MailChimp WD page step 1/3, after pasting the API key created at the link “https://admin.mailchimp.com/account/api ” and logged into my mail chimp account

    A message up the top says
    “It looks like you need to re-validate your MailChimp API key before you can continue.”

    and in red below the API input box it says
    “We received an unexpected error: null”

    Hi,

    Please, try to generate another API key using another account. If this does not fix the issue too, please contact our Customer Care Team, mentioning this forum thread URL.
