• We are using your plugin, but it keeps losing authorization. I’ve seen other people ask about this, but haven’t seen an answer. Can you please help all of us and tell us if there’s a fix for it?

    Hi @topcat,

    Thank you for alerting us to this issue you’re experiencing on your site.

    We are aware of this issue some customers are currently experiencing and it’s actually due to a Google API issue related to how the system is interfacing with Google.

    Currently, our development team is working on updating the ExactMetrics platform to interface with Google in a much better, smoother way, and this will make that issue disappear.

    Unfortunately we don’t have an ETA on this fix yet.
