We have purchases pro version. How I can download it?

    As i see from older posts, other users had also difficulties to get their purchased items.

    Shouldn’t you update/replace your shopping system?

    It’s a standard on these days, that I get the download immediately after the payment.

    I don’t have even a clue how long it will takes to get the purchased item. Also when I place an oder, there is no any information about how long it will take to get the product.

    Sorry that you didn’t receive it just after your purchase. Normally it is the case. I have answered to you by email and I have sent you the plugin.

    Why you don’t provide some download area for users who have purchased an item?

    The issue of the emails that were not received is solved. It was a configuration issue on postfix.
