• Hi,

I am looking at ways to connect to Rightmove/Zoopla etc and I found your plugin.

Now you state this is not a theme, and can make any website an “estate agency’ website. Which is great.

but we have an estate agency website already, we just need the widget/plugin that will connect our listings with Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime location etc.

Can your plugin do just this?

    Hi wood1e,

You’re site must be using the core Property Hive plugin in order to use any of the add ons. They won’t just work with any theme or plugin.

If any further clarification is needed just let me know,
    Thanks,
    Steve

    Hi,

    Thanks for the response.

So with our existing WordPress website, can we install ‘Core Property Hive’ plugin?

We have an existing theme, so we don’t need a new theme. We just want to find a way of connecting directly to Rightmove/Zoopla etc.

So when we update our properties on the website, rightmove etc get updated ?

Here’s an FAQ which might help:

    https://wp-property-hive.com/which-wordpress-themes-work-with-property-hive/

If you see in paragraph 2 it reads:

“There is only thing we generally tend to tell people to avoid, and that’s trying to integrate Property Hive with a WordPress theme that already comes with support for adding properties. These themes will already have all the code in place to list properties so trying to integrate Property Hive code into it at the same time is likely to cause conflicts.”

So if you’re theme already has property functionality in it it’s likely Property hive won’t work.

If you’re happy with the way your site works at the moment and just want to add the Rightmove/Zoopla functionality I think you have 1 of 3 options:

    1) Get a WordPress/PHP developer to write the functionality from the ground up

    2) Buy the add ons and a developer to modify them to your theme

    or

    3) We can sometimes to option 2 on your behalf. We’d need a closer look at the current site though in order to give a quote. If this is of interest please feel free to email details through to [email protected]

    Regards,
    Steve
