• Our customers have been charged for 6 tickets they purchased, however we have not received payments to our paypal account for upwards of $1000 worth of tickets. You can imagine we are not very happy about this and are considering whether this plugin is a scam.

    We have disabled the plugin on the linked page as we do not want further purchases with the same problem.

    We need urgent assistance.

    This has nothing to do specifically with this plugin, you need to see if the payments are showing in PayPal. If they are not then you need to contact PayPal. Please also check to make sure that you entered your PayPal Email / Merchant ID correctly.

    Hi Scott, my apologies, payment went through, it was a mis-configuration on our end. Your plugin works fine, good job.
