We have not received payment to our Paypal account – Customer has been charged

Our customers have been charged for 6 tickets they purchased, however we have not received payments to our paypal account for upwards of $1000 worth of tickets. You can imagine we are not very happy about this and are considering whether this plugin is a scam.
We have disabled the plugin on the linked page as we do not want further purchases with the same problem.
We need urgent assistance.
