    Getting email notices as follows:

    “We have detected potential connection errors for your site,?The Artistry of Jacques Pepin. A failed signup has been detected and will be retried automatically once a new connection has been established. Please visit your site and perform the steps to reconnect the plugin at your earliest convenience.”

    Checked and I appear to have the current CC plugin installed. But, for some reason, plugin versions are not showing.

    I don’t know what to do at this point. Help will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @pkazmercyk

    Based on that pretty new error, introduced in a 2024 release, you’re going to need to manually perform a reconnect to the account. In our plugin’s submenu, you should see either a “Connect Now” or “Disconnect” option.

    You’ll want to visit the item shown, they’re the same page, different label based on status, and perform a fresh connection like done when originally done from a version 2.x upgrade.

    Once re-connected, the fore-mentioned caught signup(s) will be re-sent to the lists in question.
