We have an issue with the hamburger menu.

We suspect that this problem occurs because you have not selected the menu in the Menu option in the Nav Menu widget settings. Can you check? If you haven’t configured it, please select one of the menus in the option. For more details, please see the image below.

I tried but it doesn’t work.
When I click on it, nothing appears, but the menu is made through the Elementor Header & Footer Builder.

Thank you for the details you provided.

We assume you haven’t created a menu yet. Please go to the Appearance -> Menus menu and create at least 1 menu so that the Menu option in Elementor Editor displays a selection.

That’s right, if there is no Menus menu, then you are using the FSE theme. Themes that use the FSE concept do not have this option.

WordPress 5.9 “Josephine”

To overcome this problem, you can use a theme that does not use the FSE concept. Like, Hello Elementor, Astra, Kadence, etc. Previously, someone had asked about this, you can see the discussion in the link below.
