We don’t apply on woocommerce login

I have two login/registration page(1. woocommerce page, 2. my custom module page).

Now your plugin apply on both login system, but we don’t apply on woocommerce(customer role).

I want to apply only author role(my second custom module).
We have created already custom login/register page.

Please help me.
