We do not have an IP to link or WordPress server

  • We migrated our server arquitecture to AWS and now our wordpress log in is not working.

    Our blog is still up but we do not have access to it.

    We changed our NGINX and now is in a container by ALB fro AWS.

    Our WordPress server is Digital Ocean.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I am redirected to a new URL with port 8081 when I call it. Apparently there is something wrong configured on the server concerning the processing of requests. Therefore, these never arrive at WordPress.

    At this point WordPress can not help. You would have to contact the support for the server.
