We couldn’t retrieve your customer portal link.

    Never mind. I found out that I need a paid version of Stripe in order for the portal to work.

    Do you mean paid version of this plugin? The free version should still work, unless there is a conflict with another plugin, but it’s hard to tell without getting access to the logs.

    No, I mean all versions of Stripe don’t offer the customer portal. I have had my Stripe acct for a long time and apparently the older accounts don’t all have that feature.
