I am not sure if this is the problem with the interface between this plugin and MailChimp, or if it is MailChimp’s problem, but I am hoping you can give me some direction on where to get it resolved.
Note: I can add new subscriptions without any problems -tried from a couple different computers. But it appears that one of my “testers” can’t complete the process, after several attempts getting the same error, so I think the issue is on her side.
The above error: “We couldn’t process your request at this time. Please try again later”, occurs, after this particular person has submitted the form from the test page, and has received the confirmation eMail, clicked on the confirmation link, and got the “are you human” re-captcha page. Once they clicked on that submit button, the error is displayed.
Here is the eMail she gets, which also shows the actual link used when she clicks on the confirmation button. And here is a screen capture of the error page she gets after submitting the re-captcha.
Is it possible that it is a problem with her computers O/S version? Can you give me any guidance?
