    Hi

    I have try to install this plugin in new fresh wordpress site and get this error:

    We could not properly connect to PayPal. Try reloading the page. [Error] Unknown error while connecting to PayPal. Status code: 0. /public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-paypal-payments/modules/ppcp-api-client/src/Endpoint/PartnerReferrals.php:101

    How fix? thank you

    Hi @vocmarcello,

    Errors like this can be caused when your site cannot connect to PayPal to authenticate your API credentials. This could happen for various reasons, like security plugins blocking the connection.

    On a completely fresh WordPress site, this error is rather unusual. Does this error persist for you with no other plugins and a default WordPress theme active? Can you please also check that the site is configured with pretty permalinks?

    If the onboarding wizard fails for some reason, you could additionally try manually connecting your API credentials as described here.
