we can’t login in SoftLab website

    we had purchased premium plugin but as soon as we pay money. we can’t login account. it is saying there aren’t such account.

    What’s happening, I tried to contact support team 1 day ago.
    Didn’t get any response . Facebook account is either no response.

    Is this legal?
