“We cannot display this gallery?” after database cleanup

After using the Hummingboard plugin to clean up the database, all my NextGen Gallery plugins stopped working and now it says:
“We cannot display this gallery?”
NextGen Gallery is the only plugin that stopped working. After deactivating all plugins one by one, and all of them except for NextGen the problem remains.
Please help!
