We are not able to connect LDAP server.

    I’m trying to setup the configuration of the ldap/ad login for cloud. I think I have done it all correctly but I keep getting the error “We are not able to connect LDAP server”.

    My site is on an ubuntu server in azure. When I run a tcpdump I can see that there is no traffic on port 636 or 389 and no traffic to the ip address of the ldap server.

    I think there maybe something wrong with the php curl setup?

    Can you help?

    Hi,

    Have you enabled access to your LDAP Server over port 389 from 52.6.168.155 and 52.6.204.243? The LDAP Server needs to allow access from these IP addresses in order for the plugin to work.
