We are not able to access Facebook event

    Thanks for contacting us, Make sure that event id you are trying to import, you are the admin of that event or you have marked that event as interested.

    To be able to import an FB event you need to be admin of the event or you need to mark that event as interested/going.

    Ok, Can you please make sure that the FB app is authorizing in the admin section?

    Ah okay, so it works if I import an individual event which I’ve said I’m going to, but not if I import my events.

    Is there any way to import events as my own custom post type, or does that need the pro version?

    Hi @russclem ,

    You can import events using Event ID once you mark that as going. All events you mark can be imported using my event in the pro version.

    Yes, the Pro version supports the leading Event Calendar plugin and can import into that plugins custom post type. We don’t support your own custom post type.
