• issue at hand…..

    the worst chat support in the world, unwilling to actually give any answers to any concern or provide solutions to the issue at hand. it has been weeks back and forth with chat support each time a different person. fake promises constantly. after weeks of begging chat support for real answers and to answer simple questions which they constantly deflect. do we need to add IPs to the SPF record as well? because it is not working properly. no replies… they promised finally to set up a screen-sharing meeting. and a link is supposed to emailed 30 minutes prior to the meeting. guess what no replies from support. we reach out again they said the person who was supposed to be at the meeting is sick now. ok, no worries hope everything is well with him. at the least someone should notify us. they promised again another time for the meeting. guess what happens? no replies no emails nothing again. I reach out to support once again. they say the meeting is not possible please choose another time to reschedule!!!! lol, it’s becoming hilarious how unprofessional support has become to stoop so low as to keep jerking their customers around like this. don’t believe me ill take screenshots for you of the chats for you. or you can read them for yourselves. look at how many times they reflect every question we ask. they take advantage of knowing the customers are already integrated with their service and the amount of time it takes with testing to switch to another service provider is exhausting. STAY AWAY DOING YOU A FAVOR FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS NEVER WRITTEN A BAD REVIEW FOR ANYONE.
