WD Slider not loading

    For the first time in 18 months, WD Slider is failing to load – a circular cursor just indicates that it is loading – but it doesn’t complete. The rest of the web-page loads perfectly.

    I have made no changes to this website in 18 months other than plugin / wordpress updates. I think it is the latest update of WD Slider that has caused this.
    The theme is Headway Theme, I’m using a PC with 32 bit Windows Vista HP (SP2), and Firefox 52.6.0.

    Any help appreciated.

  • Hi,

    Please, note that the changes that have been made in the last version of the plugin may have been in conflict with the current theme that you are using.

    I will share the information provided with the development team so that them make test to see what is the issue.
    Meanwhile if possible could you please, try to use some other theme (like WP default theme) to see whether the issue may occur again.
