    I’ve loaded in the zip file and when I click on any
    portion of the plugin it says Sorry, you are not allowed to access
    this page. I bought the plugin under my email and I’m the admin of the
    site- same email, why am I not able to access this paid for
    plugin?

    @mosesryan341,

    Could you please check out the role that you have logged to your dashboard? You should have an Administrator role to be able to view the plugin and its sections.
