• I thought it was possible for the client to send messages individually to each vendor in an order.
    Am I missing something?
    I sent a message from one vendor’s dashboard and the message didn’t arrive to the buyer.
    Then I sent another message from the admin with an admin account and there it was.

    I.e, I can only send messages admin <> buyer.

    I’m using WCMp.

  • Same problem with WCMP. I think that problem is message id – in WCMP there is order number and automatically generated suborder number which is necessary to use for the conversation. This is also the reason why you can’t see Wooconvo message icon on vendor dashboard orders.
