Good evening all. I have wcmp setup and functioning perfectly. I have added a coupons addin as id like to sell gift cards for the products listed on the site. When a customer registers on the site they see vendors dashboard, with apply for a vendors account. if they click on coupons it goes back to vendors dashboard again… not sure what to do here?

    thanks

@mattmoo138 – Firstly, please note that vendor dashboard will be visible to the vendors only. No other user roles can see this (be it admin, customer or any other user role). May I know if you are using any user role plugin as this type of issues occurs if any user role plugin is activated on the site?

@boltbraces – Please ensure that you are not using any user role plugin. If yes, then please deactivate it and check if the issue persists.

Hi i had booster for woocommerce installed, i have deativated this. i have mulitple plugins like woocommerce table rate shipping, order tracking yoast, gift cards etc, but nothing relating to user roles.

@boltbraces – Do one thing, deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and WC-Marketplace and check if your customers can see the vendor dashboard. If yes, then please report to us, we will definitely look into the matter.

In case everything seems to be working fine, then activate each plugin one by one and with activation of each plugin check for the customers accessing vendor dashboard. In this way, you will be able to track the culprit plugin behind this alien activity.

Ho, my apologies for late response, trying to find time for everything. i have now deactivated all plugins apart from woocommerce and WCMP, and still the customer can see a vendoirs type dashboard, nearly every option ask them to apply as a vendor. Also the forgoton password page doesnt seem to be wokring. its just blank. Can someone have a look for me?
