wcfm_stores_carousel not displaying on public view

I have added wcfm_stores_carousel shortcode to display carousel for shops but on admin it is displaying the carousel after logging out it is not previewing anything.
I even tried to do that on a different theme but again not previewing when logging out. Please help.

I have the same problem, did you ever solve it?
