WCFM Vendors – Hide buyer’s information

Hello,

We have created an online clothing store where buyers buy from sellers.

However, the two are never in direct contact (the buyer can’t see the seller’s store, can’t send him a message). The seller only has a seller account to receive his payments.
The buyer buys as he does on a normal online store.

So, when a buyer makes a purchase, the seller receives a notification by email and in his account that traces the whole order, since we don’t want the seller and the buyer to have any contact, would it be possible to hide the buyer’s info (name, surname, address etc.) and keep only the order number, the items, the date and the price ?
