• I kinda disappointed with the so called premium support from Wcfm ultimate that never answer their tickets or even bother to check the tickets.

    I am facing urgent issues after buying wcfm ultimate for the premium features ‘add new order’ by Multi vendors. The vendors can’t search their products to add, only happen in this ‘add new order’ Product search. This is super frustrating as we upgrade it wanted to this feature so much but end up not function properly.

    Most worst is no reply from wcfm team…

    You’re not getting a reply here either. Commercial products can’t be supported on this site.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
