WCFM Store Freezes After Any Save

    Hi Support,

    I use WCFM Marketplace plugin with Urna WordPress theme for a MultiVendor Marketplace I’m working on.

    I recently made an updated to my theme and afterwards I noticed that each time I try to “Save” or Reply a message on the Store Manager, the screen keeps loading and freezes. I can’t do anything else except I reload the page.

    I’ve contacted Urna support for a solution and I was told it’s a bug in the WCFM Marketplace plugin.

    Please I need help to resolve this issue.

    Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated?

    Also, check the Google Chrome Browser console, is there any JavaScript error happening to the site or not! (What is browser console – https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/232313848-How-to-open-the-developer-console)

    There are a couple of errors in the fatal_errors log but they seem to have been solved.

    Kindly update WCFM to the latest version and check once.

    Also clear all caches before test.

    Under GEO Location > Checkout User Location

    I unchecked to disable user’s location input using map at checkout and nothing works.

    What could be wrong please?

    Hi again,

    I want to set Shipping Fee to be based on Distance Rate and item Weight.

    It should work in a way that during checkout, a Customer is charged for total weight of the items on customer’s cart and the distance of customer’s address to my store.

    For example, say I set Shipping cost per mile at $20 and cost per weight(kg) at $5.

    If a customer’s total cart item weighs 10kg and is 4miles away from my store, at checkout he’d be charged a total of $130 (i.e. $20 * 4 + $5 * 10 = $130).

    Can this be done?
